Freshness / Damages on flowers
Vintage Garden promises to deliver you the freshest flowers possible. It is our duty to ensure all our products are in good condition before they are delivered. If you received any flowers that seems to be damaged or not fresh, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer care at email@example.com
If the flowers do not meet our own freshness standard, we will arrange a replacement on our next available delivery date.
Please note that you’ll need to include a photo of the wit/damage flowed within 24 hours of receipt in order to be liable for a replacement.
Due to flowers being highly perishable items, we will not accept returns. However, we do offer a replacement if the flowers are not delivered to an acceptable standard as listed above.
Balloons Float time
Please do note that balloons are made from rubber/latex. The Vintage Garden cannot guarantee the balloon float time and conditions. All our products are made in good faith and will be handed over to the recipient in good condition. However, if the condition of the product(s) deteriorate after handed over to the recipient, we shall not be held liable for any compensation to you or any third party resulting from such changes.
Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy Orders paid cannot be cancelled or transferred and no refund once part/full payment has been made.
